WF470WIN is normally supplied on CD and optionally on floppy disk. In addition to the actual program components, the CD version also includes the Microsoft Internet explorer.
The CD and the floppy disks are shipped with information which explains how you open the documentation.

[C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32] Windows NT system32 directory (this can be dependent on the PC)
If you encounter difficulties with the WinNT EPROM drivers, check the entries of the environment variables in the AUTOEXEC.BAT and the registration entries under the following codes:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SIEMENS\SINEC\LogDevices
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\S5Mcd
You will require administrator's rights to change the entries.
You must run-up the computer again so that the changes made in the registry entries become effective.
You require a PC which has Windows 95, 98 or NT. You must have at least 4 MB of memory on the drive on which you wish to install WF470WIN.
If you wish to operate you board in the online mode, your PC must be equipped with at least one COM port which is not used.
If you wish to install the EPROM driver for Window NT (a prompt is displayed under Windows NT), the user, under which the EPROM driver is installed, must have administrator rights.
Otherwise, the necessary entries cannot be made in the Windows NT registration.
