Termini e condizioni per l'acquisto relativi alle fatture:

IMPORTANTE: ai fini della corretta registrazione, ogni fattura deve contenere i seguenti elementi. In caso della loro omissione, la fattura può essere rigettata e rimandata all’emittente chiedendo le informazioni mancanti sul documento. Questo può causare il ritardo del pagamento.
I. Elementi essenziali della fattura:
• Ordine di riferimento
• Tipo di documento (fattura/nota di credito)
• Data di emissione
• Numero di documento
• Vostra Partita Iva
• Sede legale
• Coordinate bancarie (il Vostro conto bancario locale o estero, preferibilmente codice IBAN e SWIFT)
• Totale della fattura
• Valuta del documento (chiara indicazione della valuta, p.es. EUR, USD)
II. Fornitura delle fatture
IMPORTANTE: Vi preghiamo di emettere la fattura con indirizzo e partita IVA specificati sul presente ordine
1. Fatture mandate in pdf
Vi incoraggiamo a mandare le fatture in pdf invece di fornirle in cartaceo. L’indirizzo email a cui potete mandare le fatture in pdf è il seguente: [Invoices.TCE@bridgestone.eu]
Mandando le fatture in pdf si chiede di seguire le condizioni sottoelencate:
1. Ogni fattura deve essere mandata in un pdf separato, in una singola mail.
2. Gli allegati della fattura devono essere forniti nello stesso file.
3. Documenti scritti a mano e scannerizzati non saranno registrati.
2. Fatture mandate in cartaceo (nel caso in cui rinunciate alla fornitura del pdf):

INVOICING INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The following invoice elements are mandatory for invoice processing. Incomplete invoices might be rejected and returned (through rejection letter) to complete the missing information. It might delay the payment of the invoice.
I. INVOICE STANDARD CONTENT to be visible on each invoice:
• PO ( Purchase no.)
• Document type (invoice or credit note)
• Invoice date
• Reference (e.g: Bill of Lading number)
• VAT / European VAT number and/or national tax id.
• Company address;
• Bank account – your local or/and international bank account(s) on the invoice [IBAN and SWIFT formats preferred];
• Invoice total amount
• Currency – To be clearly indicated on invoice with a clear identifier (ideally 3 letters, e.g. EUR)
II. SENDING INVOICES
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Your invoice should be issued to your Customer-Bridgestone with the Bill To address and VAT mentioned in the Purchase Order.
1. Electronic invoicing
We strongly recommend you to resign from paper and send invoices in PDF on e-mail address:Invoices.TCE@bridgestone.eu
Conditions for PDF invoice processing:
1. Please provide one PDF file for one invoice and send only one invoice per e-mail.
2. Attachments to the invoices should be included in PDF file together with the invoice.
3. No scanned hand written documents will be processed as electronic invoices.

La Bridgestone Europe NV/SA - Italian Branch, considera la sicurezza prioritaria :
- I macchinari, le attrezzature ed i componenti devono essere forniti con la marcatura 'CE'
- I lavori devono essere eseguiti nel rispetto delle norme di sicurezza
- Ogni sostanza o preparato dovrà essere inviata corredata dell'ultima revisione della scheda di sicurezza in lingua italiana.
- La valutazione delle interferenze e la loro eliminazione/riduzione è garantita dalla cooperazione e collaborazione tra le parti attraverso riunioni di coordinamento. Al fine della determinazione dei costi della sicurezza per la gestione delle interferenze, Bridgestone quantifica il costo delle riunioni di coordinamento pari a 200€ (una tantum), il cui importo considerato compreso nel valore economico dell'ordine di acquisto. Tale importo non si applica ai servizi di natura intellettuale, alle mere forniture di materiali o attrezzature, ai lavori o servizi la cui durata non è superiore a cinque giorni-uomo, sempre che essi non comportino rischi derivanti dal rischio di incendio di livello elevato o dallo svolgimento di attività in ambienti confinati, o dalla presenza di agenti cancerogeni, mutageni o biologici, di amianto o di atmosfere esplosive o dalla presenza dei rischi particolari di cui all'allegato XI del presente decreto 81/08 e smi. In caso di controversia o necessita' per il fornitore di registrare una formale lamentela contro Bridgestone Europe NV/SA - Italian Branch, il fornitore dovra' contattare Bridgestone Europe NV/SA - Italian Branch e richiedere il form C1 Accettando questo ordine, il Venditore garantisce che le merci non contengano fibre di amianto, in qualsiasi forma, è qualsiasi altra sostanza limitata ai sensi del regolamento REACH 1907/2006 / Allegato XVII CE e successive modificazioni. Il Venditore garantisce che i prodotti soddisfino tutti gli altri requisiti di legge applicabili nel paese in cui i beni sono consegnati. Macchinari, attrezzature, componenti devono essere conformi alle disposizioni della Direttiva Macchine UE 2006/42 / CE e / o altre direttive pertinenti e loro successive modificazioni.
For Bridgestone Europe NV/SA Italian branch, safety is top priority:
- Machinery, Equipment and their components must have 'CE' marking
- All work must be done in observance of safety rules
- Any substances or blend has to be sent with last update of pertinent Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
- The evaluation of the interferential risk and their elimination / reduction is guaranteed by the cooperation and collaboration between the parties through coordination meetings.In order to determine the costs of safety measures for interference management,Bridgestone quantifies the cost of the coordination € meeting of 200 (lump sum), whose amount is considered to be included in the economic value of the purchase order. This amount does not apply to intellectual services, pure supplies of materials or equipment,work or services which have presence not longer than five men-days, provided that they do not involve risks arising from fire or the presence of activities in confined spaces, or the presence of carcinogens, mutagens or biological agents, asbestos or explosive atmospheres,or the presence of the particular risks mentioned in Annex XI of the Italian decree 81/08. In the event of any controversy or the need for a supplier to register a formal complaint against Bridgestone Europe NV/SA - Italian branch, the Supplier will contact Bridgestone Europe NV/SA - Italian branch and request Form C1 By accepting this order, the Seller warrants that the goods shall not contain asbestos fibers in any form, nor any other substance restricted under REACH Regulation 1907/2006/EC Annex XVII and successive amendments. The Seller warrants that the goods comply with any other relevant legal applicable in the country where the goods are delivered to. Machinery, Equipment, Components must also be compliant with the provision of the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and/or any other applicable Directives and their successive amendments.
